# Ambassador Rewards

## How Ambassador Contribution Becomes Reward Eligibility

MFORGE Quest rewards Ambassadors for verified contribution, not simply for sharing referral links.

The Ambassador reward model is designed around three important parts of the participant journey:

**EDUCATION → ACQUISITION → RETENTION**

An Ambassador can build contribution by helping genuine participants:

**Understand MFORGE**

↓

**Become Qualified MFORGE Founding Holders**

↓

**Remain qualifying participants through applicable retention milestones**

These verified contributions are measured using GU and WRU.

## The Ambassador Contribution Reward Pool

MFORGE Quest has allocated:

**Up to $20,000 worth of MFORGE**

**to the Ambassador Contribution Reward Pool.**

This pool recognizes qualifying Ambassador contribution across:

**Education**

**Acquisition**

**Retention**

Rewards are calculated in USD-equivalent value and paid in MFORGE according to the applicable settlement methodology.

The $20,000 represents the maximum campaign allocation to this reward pool. It does not mean that the full amount is automatically distributed.

Actual rewards depend on eligible network contribution, applicable epoch allocation, campaign rules, integrity checks and settlement calculations.

## How an Epoch Reward Is Calculated

Reaching 100 WRU makes an Ambassador eligible to participate in the applicable epoch settlement.

It does not mean:

**100 WRU = a fixed dollar reward.**

The value of WRU depends on the applicable epoch.

For each settlement epoch, MFORGE Quest determines:

**The funded USD-equivalent reward allocation for that epoch**

and

**The total Eligible WRU participating across the network**

The theoretical WRU value is:

**Epoch Reward Allocation ÷ Total Eligible Network WRU**

However, the campaign also applies a maximum value of:

**$0.05 per WRU**

Therefore:

**Final WRU Value = the lower of:**

**Epoch Reward Allocation ÷ Total Eligible Network WRU**

or

**$0.05 per WRU**

This means WRU does not represent a guaranteed fixed cash value.

<details>

<summary>Example 1 — Normal Epoch</summary>

Suppose an epoch has:

**Reward Allocation: $3,000**

**Total Eligible Network WRU: 100,000**

The theoretical WRU value is:

**$3,000 ÷ 100,000 = $0.03 per WRU**

Because $0.03 is below the maximum $0.05 rate:

**Final WRU Value = $0.03**

Suppose Daniel has:

**5,000 Eligible WRU**

His preliminary reward is:

**5,000 × $0.03 = $150**

subject to applicable campaign caps and integrity checks.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Example 2 — Low Network WRU</summary>

Suppose an epoch has:

**Reward Allocation: $2,000**

but only:

**10,000 Eligible Network WRU**

The theoretical value would be:

**$2,000 ÷ 10,000 = $0.20 per WRU**

However, the maximum WRU value is:

**$0.05**

Therefore:

**Final WRU Value = $0.05**

Only:

**10,000 × $0.05 = $500**

would be distributed through WRU for that settlement.

The remaining $1,500 is not automatically added to Ambassador payouts simply because the theoretical WRU value exceeded the maximum rate.

Undistributed campaign allocation remains subject to the applicable campaign funding and treasury rules.

## Ambassador Epoch Concentration Cap

To reduce excessive concentration of an epoch reward allocation in a single Ambassador account, an Ambassador may receive no more than:

**20% of the applicable WRU epoch reward allocation**

For example:

Epoch allocation:

**$3,000**

Maximum reward for one Ambassador:

**20% × $3,000 = $600**

Suppose Daniel's Eligible WRU would otherwise produce:

**$750**

His applicable reward would be capped at:

**$600**

The cap applies to the WRU Contribution Reward Pool settlement, not to the number of WRU Daniel has earned.

<details>

<summary>Complete Epoch Example</summary>

Suppose:

**Epoch Reward Allocation: $3,000**

**Total Eligible Network WRU: 100,000**

Therefore:

**WRU Value = $0.03**

Daniel has:

**25,000 Eligible WRU**

His preliminary reward:

**25,000 × $0.03 = $750**

The Ambassador concentration cap is:

**20% × $3,000 = $600**

Therefore Daniel's final approved WRU reward is:

**$600**

If the applicable MFORGE settlement reference price were:

**$0.04 per MFORGE**

Daniel's settlement would be:

**$600 ÷ $0.04**

\=

**15,000 MFORGE**

The actual MFORGE amount is determined using the applicable settlement reference price for that epoch.
