# RHAU
## RHAU — Rewarding Ambassadors Who Build Retained Communities
The Ambassador Contribution Reward Pool recognizes contribution across individual participant journeys:
**Education → Acquisition → Retention**
RHAU recognizes something different:
**How many qualifying retained MFORGE holders have you actually built?**
The Retained Holder Achievement Unit (RHAU) is designed to recognize Ambassadors who grow communities of Founding Holders that continue to meet the campaign's applicable retention requirements.
It is supported by a separate:
**Up to $10,000 worth of MFORGE**
**Retained Holder Achievement Pool**
This pool is separate from the up to $20,000 Ambassador Contribution Reward Pool.
## What Is a Qualified Retained Holder?
A participant first becomes a Qualified Founding Holder by reaching the minimum cumulative qualifying acquisition of:
**$25 equivalent in MFORGE**
At that point, the participant's retention journey begins.
For RHAU purposes, a participant becomes a:
**Qualified Retained Holder**
when they successfully satisfy the applicable Day 30 retention checkpoint.
At Day 30, the participant must retain at least:
**80% of their qualifying MFORGE quantity**
The measurement is based on the qualifying position established through their verified acquisition journey and applicable campaign integrity rules.
## Every Holder Has Their Own Retention Clock
RHAU is not measured using one universal Day 30 for the entire campaign.
Each Founding Holder has their own qualification date.
For example:
Tiffany qualifies on September 10.
Her Day 30 checkpoint occurs 30 days after her qualification date.
David qualifies on September 25.
His Day 30 checkpoint occurs 30 days after his qualification date.
Therefore, an Ambassador's Qualified Retained Holder count can continue growing as different holders reach and pass their individual Day 30 checkpoints.
## The 80% Retention Rule
Each holder is evaluated individually.
Suppose Tiffany's qualifying acquisition establishes:
**1,000 MFORGE**
At her Day 30 checkpoint:
**800 MFORGE or more → Qualified Retained Holder ✓**
**Below 800 MFORGE → Does not qualify for that RHAU checkpoint**
This is not calculated using the Ambassador's entire community balance.
Each participant must independently satisfy the applicable retention requirement.
## What Is RHAU?
RHAU stands for:
**Retained Holder Achievement Unit**
RHAU represents the Ambassador's achievement level based on the number of Qualified Retained Holders attributed to them.
The milestone structure is:
| Qualified Retained Holders | RHAU |
| -------------------------- | ------- |
| Below 25 | 0 RHAU |
| 25–49 | 1 RHAU |
| 50–99 | 2 RHAU |
| 100–249 | 5 RHAU |
| 250–499 | 12 RHAU |
| 500+ | 25 RHAU |
The milestone increases are intentional.
RHAU is designed to recognize Ambassadors who successfully build larger communities of qualifying retained holders.
## RHAU Uses Your Highest Qualified Milestone
The RHAU milestones are not added together.
For example, Daniel has:
**25 Qualified Retained Holders**
His RHAU is:
**1 RHAU**
Later, Daniel reaches:
**50 Qualified Retained Holders**
His RHAU becomes:
**2 RHAU**
It does not become:
1 + 2 = 3 RHAU
Instead:
**Daniel's RHAU = 2**
because 50 Qualified Retained Holders places him in the 50–99 milestone.
Example: Daniel Builds His Community
Daniel begins introducing participants to MFORGE Quest.
Over time, his attributed Founding Holders reach their individual Day 30 retention checkpoints.
**Stage 1**
Daniel has:
**18 Qualified Retained Holders**
RHAU:
**0**
He has not yet reached the first RHAU milestone.
His dashboard might show:
**Qualified Retained Holders: 18 Current RHAU: 0 Next Milestone: 25 7 more Qualified Retained Holders needed**
**Stage 2**
Daniel reaches:
**25 Qualified Retained Holders**
His RHAU becomes:
**1 RHAU**
He has reached the first Retained Holder Achievement milestone.
**Stage 3**
Daniel grows to:
**63 Qualified Retained Holders**
He falls within the:
**50–99 holder milestone**
His RHAU becomes:
**2 RHAU**
His dashboard could show:
**Qualified Retained Holders: 63 Current RHAU: 2 Next Milestone: 100 37 more Qualified Retained Holders needed**
**Stage 4**
Daniel eventually reaches:
**112 Qualified Retained Holders**
His RHAU becomes:
**5 RHAU**
Again, his previous milestones are not added together.
His current achievement is simply the highest qualifying milestone:
**5 RHAU**
## RHAU Is Different From Retention WRU
This distinction is important.
An Ambassador can receive Retention WRU when individual attributed participants satisfy applicable Day 14, Day 30 and Day 90 retention checkpoints.
RHAU looks at the Ambassador's overall number of Qualified Retained Holders.
For example:
Tiffany passing Day 30 may generate the applicable:
**10 Retention WRU**
for Daniel under the Ambassador Contribution Reward system.
That same successful Day 30 checkpoint may also cause Tiffany to count as:
**1 Qualified Retained Holder**
toward Daniel's RHAU milestone.
These are two different reward mechanisms.
One recognizes the individual participant journey.
**The other recognizes the scale of the retained community the Ambassador has built.**
## The RHAU Reward Pool
MFORGE Quest has allocated:
**Up to $10,000 worth of MFORGE**
to the Retained Holder Achievement Pool.
The pool is separate from the Ambassador Contribution Reward Pool.
The RHAU allocation is intended to be settled across designated campaign settlement periods.
For example, the total maximum allocation may be structured approximately as:
**Settlement Allocation 1 — $3,333.33**
**Settlement Allocation 2 — $3,333.33**
**Final Settlement Allocation — $3,333.34**
Total:
**$10,000**
The applicable settlement schedule and funded allocation will be communicated through official MFORGE Quest channels.
## How RHAU Rewards Are Calculated
At an applicable RHAU settlement, the campaign determines:
**1. The funded USD-equivalent RHAU allocation**
**2. Each qualifying Ambassador's RHAU**
**3. Total qualifying RHAU across all eligible Ambassadors**
The value of one RHAU is then calculated as:
**RHAU Settlement Allocation ÷ Total Qualifying Network RHAU**
An Ambassador's preliminary reward is:
**Ambassador RHAU × RHAU Value**
The resulting USD-equivalent reward is then converted to MFORGE using the applicable settlement reference price.
Example RHAU Settlement
Suppose the applicable RHAU settlement allocation is:
**$3,333.33**
Across the entire campaign, qualifying Ambassadors collectively hold:
**160 RHAU**
The value of one RHAU would be:
**$3,333.33 ÷ 160**

**Approximately $20.83 per RHAU**
Now suppose Daniel has:
**5 RHAU**
His preliminary RHAU reward would be:
**5 × $20.83**
\=
**Approximately $104.15**
The approved USD-equivalent reward would then be converted into MFORGE using the applicable settlement reference price.
Larger Communities Receive Greater RHAU Weight
Suppose another Ambassador, Sarah, has built:
**500 Qualified Retained Holders**
Sarah's applicable milestone is:
**25 RHAU**
Using the same illustrative RHAU value of approximately:
**$20.83 per RHAU**
Sarah's preliminary reward would be:
**25 × $20.83**
\=
**Approximately $520.75**
This reflects the greater retained-holder achievement represented by her community.
Actual RHAU values vary according to the funded settlement allocation and total qualifying network RHAU.
## RHAU Does Not Have a Fixed Dollar Value
Just like WRU:
**RHAU is not a fixed cash entitlement.**
For example:
**1 RHAU does not always equal $20.83.**
Its value depends on:
**The applicable funded RHAU settlement allocation**
and
**The total qualifying RHAU participating in that settlement**
As network participation changes, the value per RHAU can change.
A Holder Can Count Toward RHAU Only Once
Each Qualified Retained Holder contributes to an Ambassador's RHAU qualification once.
For example:
Tiffany passes her Day 30 retention checkpoint and becomes a Qualified Retained Holder.
She contributes toward Daniel's applicable retained-holder milestone.
Tiffany cannot then be counted again as another new Qualified Retained Holder in a later RHAU settlement simply because she remains in Daniel's community.
This prevents the same retained holder from being repeatedly treated as new RHAU growth.
RHAU Settlement Does Not Reset the Holder's Identity
Once Tiffany has legitimately qualified as a retained holder for the applicable RHAU calculation, the campaign records that achievement.
Her wallet cannot simply be recycled through another participant account or another Ambassador to create another qualifying retained holder.
Each genuine participant contributes according to the applicable campaign rules.
What If a Holder Qualifies Late in the Campaign?
A participant who legitimately becomes a Qualified Founding Holder before the applicable campaign acquisition deadline should not lose their retention opportunity simply because their Day 30 checkpoint occurs later.
For example:
A participant qualifies close to the end of the campaign's acquisition period.
Their personal Day 30 checkpoint may occur after the main acquisition period has ended.
Their retention journey can continue through the applicable retention tail, subject to campaign rules.
This allows legitimate late-qualifying Founding Holders to complete their applicable retention measurement.
Why RHAU Uses Day 30
The Ambassador Contribution Reward system already recognizes:
**Day 14**
**Day 30**
and
**Day 90**
retention through WRU.
RHAU serves a different purpose.
Using Day 30 provides a meaningful checkpoint for determining whether an Ambassador has built a retained-holder community without requiring every participant to complete the entire Day 90 journey before the Ambassador's retained-community achievement can be measured.
Day 90 remains important within the WRU retention model.
## RHAU and Ambassador Achievements
Your Qualified Retained Holder count can also unlock Ambassador recognition.
The proposed achievement structure aligns with the RHAU milestones:

This creates two forms of recognition.
Your Achievement represents the community-building milestone you have reached.
Your RHAU determines your applicable weighting within the Retained Holder Achievement Reward Pool.

Ambassadors should be able to understand their progress without calculating RHAU manually.
For example:

The dashboard can also show how many attributed Founding Holders are approaching their Day 30 checkpoint.
**RHAU Rewards Are Paid in MFORGE**
RHAU rewards are calculated using the applicable USD-equivalent reward allocation but settled in:
**MFORGE**
Before settlement, any displayed reward amount should be treated as an estimate.
At settlement, the applicable MFORGE reference price is determined and frozen according to the campaign's settlement methodology.
For example:
Approved RHAU Reward:
**$104.15**
Settlement MFORGE reference price:
**$0.025**
MFORGE payout:
**$104.15 ÷ $0.025**
\=
**4,166 MFORGE**
The actual amount depends on the applicable settlement price.
**RHAU Is Not Guaranteed Income**
Becoming an Ambassador or reaching an achievement milestone does not create a guaranteed financial return.
RHAU reward eligibility remains subject to:
**Verified participant activity**
**Applicable retention requirements**
**Campaign integrity checks**
**Applicable settlement eligibility**
**Available funded RHAU allocation**
and
**Final settlement calculations**
RHAU is a campaign reward mechanism, not a promise of investment return or fixed income.
**WRU and RHAU — The Difference**
The easiest way to understand the two systems is:
**WRU asks:**
**“What qualifying contribution did you make?”**
Education.
Acquisition.
Retention.
**RHAU asks:**
**“How large a qualifying retained-holder community did you build?”**

Together, they allow MFORGE Quest to recognize both:
**Depth of contribution**
and
**Scale of retained community.**

**Day 30 establishes the Qualified Retained Holder for RHAU**
Each participant has their own Day 30 checkpoint.
**Each holder must independently satisfy the 80% requirement**
Community-wide averages do not substitute for individual qualification.
**RHAU uses your highest qualifying milestone**
The milestone values are not added together.
**RHAU and WRU are separate**
A Day 30 retention event can contribute to Retention WRU while also helping the Ambassador progress toward an RHAU milestone.
**The RHAU pool is separate**
Up to $10,000 worth of MFORGE is allocated to the Retained Holder Achievement Pool, separate from the up to $20,000 Ambassador Contribution Reward Pool.
**RHAU does not have a fixed dollar value**
Its settlement value depends on the applicable funded allocation and qualifying network RHAU.
