# Founding Holder & Retention

## Step 9 — Your Retention Journey Begins

Your retention journey begins on the date your cumulative qualifying acquisition first reaches the required $25 equivalent and your qualifying position is established.

This date becomes your:

**Qualification Date**

The system also records the MFORGE quantity associated with your qualifying position.

For example:

Suppose Tiffany reaches the $25 qualification threshold and her qualifying position at that point is:

**1,000 MFORGE**

Her qualifying MFORGE quantity is recorded as:

**Qualifying Position: 1,000 MFORGE**

The applicable retention requirement is then measured against this qualifying position.

## The 80% Retention Threshold

MFORGE Quest uses an 80% retention threshold at applicable retention checkpoints.

Using Tiffany's example:

**Qualifying Position: 1,000 MFORGE**

80% of 1,000 MFORGE is:

**800 MFORGE**

At an applicable checkpoint:

**800 MFORGE or more**

→ Meets the 80% threshold ✓

**Below 800 MFORGE**

* → Does not meet the 80% threshold ✕

The system assesses each participant's qualifying position individually.

## Retention Checkpoints

Applicable campaign retention checkpoints are:

| DAY 14 | First retention checkpoint.     |
| DAY 30 | Second retention checkpoint.    |
| DAY 90 | Long-term retention checkpoint. |

These checkpoints are measured from your own Qualification Date, not simply from the public launch date of MFORGE Quest.

That means participants who qualify on different dates have different checkpoint dates.

## Example: Tiffany's Retention Journey

Tiffany's qualifying position:

**1,000 MFORGE**

Minimum 80% retention requirement:

**800 MFORGE**

| At Day 14: | 900 MFORGE qualifying position retained | Retention: 90% ✓ | Tiffany satisfies the Day 14 checkpoint.        |
| At Day 30: | 850 MFORGE qualifying position retained | Retention: 85% ✓ | Tiffany satisfies the Day 30 checkpoint.        |
| At Day 90: | 700 MFORGE qualifying position retained | Retention: 70% ✕ | Tiffany does not satisfy the Day 90 checkpoint. |

Passing an earlier checkpoint does not automatically mean a later checkpoint will also be passed.

Each applicable checkpoint is assessed independently.

## Does Receiving More MFORGE Into My Wallet Increase My Retention?

Not automatically.

MFORGE Quest does not rely only on the wallet's visible token balance when determining qualifying retention.

The system may consider relevant transaction history to distinguish qualifying MFORGE activity from transfers made simply to create the appearance of retention.

For example, transferring MFORGE from another wallet immediately before a checkpoint does not necessarily restore a qualifying position.

This helps ensure that retention represents genuine campaign participation rather than artificial wallet movement.

## Does Selling MFORGE Remove My Founding Holder Number?

Your Founding Holder number records that you successfully qualified as one of the inaugural MFORGE Founding Holders.

However, your current campaign status and retention status can change based on your subsequent qualifying activity.

A Founding Holder number should therefore not be interpreted as proof that a participant currently maintains their original qualifying MFORGE position.

This distinction allows the historical record and current retention status to remain accurate.

## Your Participant Dashboard

After qualification, your MFORGE Quest dashboard may display information such as:

Participant dashboards focus on your own Quest journey.

Ambassador reward calculations such as GU, WRU and RHAU are not part of the Participant dashboard unless you separately become an Ambassador.

## Share Your Founding Holder Status

Once qualified, you may receive a shareable MFORGE Founding Holder card.

For example:

**I'M IN.**

**MFORGE FOUNDING HOLDER**

**#4,219**

One of the First 10,000.

**#MFORGEQuest**

Your public Founding Holder card should never display your private wallet information, wallet balance or other sensitive account information.

Sharing your Founding Holder status is optional.

## Becoming an Ambassador Later

Completing the Participant journey does not prevent you from becoming an Ambassador.

If you have already completed the core MFORGE education, you do not need to repeat it.

You can continue to the additional Ambassador Certification, accept the applicable Ambassador Rules and complete the required Ambassador assessment.

If approved, your profile may contain both identities:

## Important to Remember

**Education comes first.**

Understand MFORGE before deciding whether to participate.

**$25 is the Founding Holder qualification threshold.**

It may be reached cumulatively through eligible qualifying acquisitions.

**Your first verified acquisition can lock your Ambassador attribution.**

It does not necessarily make you a Founding Holder if you have not yet reached the qualification threshold.

**Your retention clock begins when you qualify.**

Not when you first click a referral link and not necessarily when you make your first sub-threshold acquisition.

**Your Founding Holder number represents your qualification position.**

It does not represent investment rank, token ownership percentage or guaranteed future benefits.

**MFORGE is a market-traded digital asset.**

Its value can increase or decrease. Founding Holder status does not guarantee financial returns, token appreciation or future rewards.
